Are you a personal trainer or coach who works with women? If so, this is a course for you! Developed by Dr.’s Karlie Causey and Austin Bell, this course is a MUST for those who don’t specialize in the pregnant/postpartum population but need basic info on how anatomy changes as a woman’s pregnancy progresses, how and when to modify movements, and what to look for.

This course is being offered at a special introductory rate of $50/trainer and there are limited spots available!
